Group Lessons for Adult Beginners – Samuell Grand Tennis
Don’t sit on the sidelines, watching any longer. Learn how to play tennis — the sport you’re never too old to play! We have three different levels of classes for adults learning how to play: Advantage for Adult Beginners, AP for Intermediate Beginners, and Academy for Advanced Beginners.
If you’ve never played before, or if it’s been years since you’ve played, the best plan is to take all three levels. Your first step is to get signed up for our Adult Advantage Beginner Classes. The cost is $99 for four weeks (6 hours) of classes.
Also, when you take lessons here are SGTC 10% of the money from all adult programs, coaching and lessons is being donated our 501(c)(3) Unfurrowed Ground Foundation, Inc to help fund scholarships for junior players whose families wish them to participate in, but cannot afford, our programs. What a great reason to do your drills and take lessons here at SGTC!!!
Adult Advantage Beginner Class Options

This page contains information on our Junior Tournament-level Drills and NOW. The name says it all. Junior players will participate in live and fed drills. Most of the drills are situational and many are competitive. Some of the time will be spent in cooperative exercises in order to hone the skills necessary for greater success in all forms of competition.

Programs for Kids 9 & Under and 10 & Older – Samuell Grand Tennis
We give kids an ‘advantage’ learning to play tennis with the coaching philosophy we use in our Advantage R-O-G programs. Advantage classes are the entry point for kids getting into tennis and perfect for kids only interested in recreational play. These classes are the stepping stones in the path for those interested in higher-levels of competition.
Our 2015-2016 school year programs kick off the week of August 24, 2015 and run through May 27, 2016. Advantage Red is for 5 & 6 year old kids. Advantage Orange is for 7, 8, & 9 year olds and Advantage Green is for kids 10 and older with minimal or no competitive tournament experience.
Advantage classes are held as a two-day combination on either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. Enrollment for all Advantage classes is monthly, with payment due at the time of enrollment. New participants will only be allowed to join the class at the beginning of each month as long as there is space available in the class. We strongly recommend that along with group lessons, your child should take a minimum of 1 private lesson per month and begin playing tournaments as soon as possible.
Advantage Red classes are held 4:00-5:00 pm …
