What is it? EXER-TENNIS This a form of exercising while improving many of your tennis skills. Classes will consist of a series of drills designed to help improve your court coverage, quickness ,speed, body balance and footwork, endurance, anticipation and hitting skills. If you're looking for a way to keep in shape and improve your tennis at the same time, this is for you!!! Players of all ability levels are encouraged to give it a try! The cost is $15. Guarantee yourself a spot by enrolling on line or just drop in! Each participant must bring his/her own racquet. No refunds given if a participant fails to show up.
